It was a Prophetic encounter that turned Saul an ordinary man into a man of value. This is the testimony of Major Grace Walugembe, when he encountered Prophet Abraham Richard. Their encounter was a Divine one that led to the military promotion of Major Grace in the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces.  

He narrates that when he met the Prophet of God; he was a commanding officer at a detach in Buikwe district with no prospects of getting a promotion soon. As time travelled, Prophet Abraham Richard always shared with him Godly and insightful advice concerning his life and service which he put in practise. He even encouraged him to get a Bible and pray.

This advice, Major Grace would receive encouraged him in his military service and even bought the Bible. He kept himself in the atmosphere of the Prophetic calling and subsequently, the Spirit of God, through Abraham Richard, revealed to him that he was going to get a promotion in his military service.

When the Prophet proclaimed this word, within a month, he was unexpectedly calledto be among the group of soldiers who were going to get a promotion in the military. When he was called upon, he went in faith, for he was preview to this information because of the Grace of prophecy.

When he finished his exams, the following month he was told that he had passed, and he was going to be promoted to the rank of major. Major Walugembe says he believes that the rank he has today is because of the Prophetic encounter and Word he received from the Spirit of God.

We are seeing scriptures perfected by the Grace of God once again. It was a Prophetic encounter and Word from Prophet Samuel that made Saul a king. Today, we witness a Prophetic word moving and shaking every barrier to pave a way for a promotion.

After Major Grace received his promotion, he had to wait for a year to become fully appointed as a major. He narrated that this was a time for testing for him, because any mistake made during the waiting period would cause him to lose his new rank. However, the LORD protected the Word He revealed about Major Grace until he was fully appointed. Right now, he is enjoying the privileges of his new promotion by the Grace of God.

Piece of advice from Major Grace Walugembe: When you receive a Word from God, be patient and keep in faith for it to be perfected. It is not a man who brings to perfection a revelation, but the Spirit of God. So, let us always come to testify to that power when you He works for you.
