My name is Nakibirango Jenifer AKA Nakkadu the elected Councillor of Buikwe Kitazi Parish 2021 to 2025. I am here to thank the God of the Prophet Abraham Richard Bisaso for taking me to another leadership level. In the year 2019 when the Prophet of God came to Buikwe – Luwombo to open up his Prayer Mountain, I was among those privileged to gather with him at the Prayer Mountain. During the fellowship, he said to me, “I thank God who saved you; your coming to Christ is indeed going to save many. You are a Councillor!” By then, I was not a Councillor but just a village Women Representative at the Local Council level.

The surprising thing was that I had never dreamt of being a Councillor and one of the reasons being, I was not academically qualified to be because I am a Primary seven drop out. When he called me that, I endeavoured to correct him but he remained adamant calling me Councillor and he was even smiling! However, I stand here to tell you that, the LORD’S the Prophets, are never mistaken to say or do anything in our presence. This fulfills the scriptures that, God does nothing without revealing His plans to His Servants the Prophets [Amos 3:7].

As time travelled, my regional political party committee had a meeting in 2019 and requested me to stand in for the position of Woman Councillor; this reminded me of the words of the Prophet Abraham Richard calling me ‘Councillor’.In faith, I accepted the request of the committee but I did not know how to go about it. I got involved in campaigns but they were not that serious due to financial constraints. I even did not put up any posters to advertise my desire to be a Councillor for Buikwe in Kitazi Parish. All I kept confessing during the time of campaign was, “The Prophet of God Abraham Richard Bisaso told me that I am a Councillor in 2019 at the Prayer Mountain in Luwombo.”

Believers, I stand here today in the Name of Jesus Christ to testify that, the Word He spoke through the lips of His Prophet Abraham Richard has come to pass; I am a councillor. Indeed, I am the spiritually and physically elected councillor of Buikwe in Kitazi Parish. But all this is not because of my ability, everyonehere can testify that I am not worthy and qualified to be a councillor.

I want to thank God for who He has made me. And as the Man of God has been saying God is looking for men to work with who are after His own heart, I am here to work for the LORD and serve His people according to His Will through His Servant Prophet Abraham Richard Bisaso.

My advise: For the LORD to choose me is a clear message to someone else that He can use you too if you only allow and accept Him. This is my testimony.

Word from the Prophet of God: Councillor Jenifer; her being a Councillor did not come as an accident. I remember when I came here, the LORD revealed to me that He is looking for People that He will work with. He is searching for men to make them leaders who have His heart! When King Saul in 1Samuel 16:1 was rejected because of disobedience, He chose David the son of Jesse; a boy after His heart.

This boy’s obedience was not seen physically by everyone for obedience lies in the heart. If you do not have obedience and love for God, you cannot be a leader and speak for Him. That is the God I serve; He raises you from dust and makes you sit with princes. This God is looking for those He will work with; He is looking for someone with His character.
