“Who knew that all I needed was to forgive?” Ms. Harriet Nayiga reflected as she shared her testimony at the Prayer Mountain. There is great power in forgiveness, as you will come to realize through her journey. As you read this testimony, open your heart and witness the Power of God at work.

For several years, Ms. Harriet suffered from ulcers, as diagnosed by medical professionals. But these ulcers were unlike any other. The condition persisted for years, despite multiple hospital visits and treatments. She came to refer to it as “her disease”. The sickness had become part of her.

She experienced intense chest pain every time she ate and eventually, her condition deteriorated to the point where, for two years, she could not eat solid food. Her diet was reduced to only water and porridge, which even then caused pain when swallowing. Yet, she endured; clinging to life through what little she could consume.

Sister Harriet returned to the hospital and was admitted for a month, during which she received regular injections. At the end of her stay, she was discharged and placed on a five-year regimen of monthly injections.

But the physical toll was not the only burden. Emotionally and spiritually, Ms. Harriet felt exhausted and defeated. “I was tired of the injections. Tired of my situation,” she recounts. “I had constant heartburn every time I tried to eat or drink. I had become a burden to my children because they had to do everything for me. I was helpless, and truth be told, it broke me deeply.”

In her lowest moment, her sister told her about Prophet Abraham Richard, a Servant of God who is being used mightily by the LORD to set the captives free. It was then that she came in search of healing from the Prayer Mountain.

What she did not know was that her healing had always been within reach, what she needed was Divine Revelation. At the Prayer Mountain, she received teachings on the Power of forgiveness. She came to realize that her physical affliction was spiritually rooted in unforgiveness, a deep hurt she had been carrying due to a painful family tragedy involving her daughter and son-in-law.

She recalls: “At the Prayer Mountain, I was taught that to receive God’s Mercy, healing, or breakthrough I needed to forgive. Even when I would listen to Dew Radio [https://dewradio.webradiosite.com/], Prophet Abraham Richard continually emphasized the importance of forgiveness. Ohhh, may the LORD bless the Servant of God for this message.

As I kept listening to this message, it pierced my heart, and I knew I had to forgive those who had hurt me for I had a long list. The Spirit of Christ Jesus convicted me in my spirit and I had no option but to forgive. After this, I felt I had to ask for their forgiveness as well.”

The Word that Prophet Abraham Richard teaches that true forgiveness unlocks God’s blessings, healing, and deliverance proved true in Ms. Harriet’s life. The moment she forgave from the depths of her heart, healing came instantly. After two long and painful years of surviving on porridge and water, she returned home that evening and ate her favorite dish-matooke without any pain. Whew you can imagine the joy!

This is what Apostle Paul shares in Romans chapter 10 verse 17 that, faith comes from hearing the Word of God. Harriet for several months listened to the Word of God. She then took a step of faith of putting it in practise by forgiving and now she is singing a new song of praise to the Great I AM.

Today, Ms. Harriet joyfully testifies: “I thank the LORD that through the Power of forgiveness, I received my healing. I can now care for my livestock, eat and drink whatever I desire, and live freely like any other person. It is only the God of Prophet Abraham Richard who made this possible.”

Standing beside her, her younger sister Ms. Florence gives glory to God: “My elder sister’s situation was painful to watch. But I had seen what God was doing through Prophet Abraham Richard; the lame walked, the sick were healed and I believed He could heal my sister too.” Faithful and true is His Name indeed;  today, my sister can enjoy food, life, and peace.” Thank You Christ Jesus

This testimony serves as a reminder that forgiveness is not a sign of weakness but strength. Through it, God’s Mercy flows, and healing takes place. May your faith be stirred as you reflect on this story, check your heart, you need to forgive someone to receive your miracle today. Reflecting on Christ Jesus’ Prophetic act on the cross, He forgave us, so we need to forgive someone [Saint Luke chapter 23 verse 34].

Glory and honour to Jehovah Rapha – The LORD who heals.
