By the Grace of God, Prophet Abraham Richard took his position at the pulpit and his first remarks were: I welcome you in the Love of God for today’s message. Let us talk about Christ Jesus because He is the reason of reading this Message. With a message titled, The Core of Faith, he taught:

Today, I want to remind the Church (you and I) about the core of faith. What makes up faith because many of us are struggling to believe every day. Every day we are saying LORD, I want to believe. We try and pray but our prayers are not yielding positive results. Then we confess that we have not believed yet.

There is something that builds faith naturally. For your faith in God to stand the test of time. For it to go through every storm, situation, lack, sickness, rejection and loneliness, there is something we need to consider first before we talk about faith.

Allow me to share with you this. Let us go in the book of Titus chapter 2 verse 1 to 2(AMP). Verse 1: But as for you, teach the things which are in agreement with sound doctrine [which produces men and women of good character whose lifestyle identifies them as true Christians]. Verse 2: Older men are to be temperate, dignified, sensible, sound in faith, in love, in steadfastness [Christ like in character].

The Word of God is telling us that we need to be educated to have a living faith. So, what do we need to have a living faith. We shall look at the Word of God again, let us go to the letter of 1John chapter 4 verse 7(NIV): Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.

No one can Love unless they have known God because Love comes from God. No man can Love you right without strings attached apart from that man with God. As a Servant of God most of the cases I receive in my office concern love. They claim that, “He does not love me or he lied to me or I do not feel his love for me.”

Believer, do you know why you are not feeling the Love? You do not feel the love of your neighbour, partner, father, wife or husband because in you, there is no Love. There is a space. Allow me to share something about Love from the Bible.

The book of 1John chapter 4 verse 7 says Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. That means few are born of God. Today, we would not having wars, family break downs or divorces if we had Love from God.

Let us go to verse 18 (NIV): There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

Do you know what this scripture means? Everyone of us here is under fear concerning our tomorrow. This means we lack perfect Love for God because perfect Love for God takes away fear atomically.

Look through your life, you will come to realize that you are operating under fear inwardly and outwardly. Perfect Love for God is Love for God without strings attached.

That Love cannot allow you to fear because God is with you. If God be with you, who can be against you, your Ministry, business, properties, or marriage? No one, because God is with you. God dwells where there is Love. Perfect Love for God takes away all fear because you are sure that God is with you.

If God be on your side, then your enemies are in trouble, because you are safe on every side (Job 1:9-10). Where there is no Love, your faith will fail. Where there is no Love for the neighbour, no record of charity in your life, your faith in Christ Jesus will forever fail. This is because you have no core of faith.

Many are Christians today but when the LORD comes out to weigh our faith in Him, you will be surprised. The truth even if you claim to be a Christian, you lack the fruits of Christianity. What is the fruit of Christianity? Love.  Are you a fruitful Christian? If you are not, your prayers will always fail if you do not have a record of charity.

Today, you are a lukewarm Christian because you have no Love. You will become an open door of attack for satan and his agents because you do not have Love for God. Let your life be fruitful for God, you will stop some evil attacks in your life.

How can you be a Christian without the record of charity? Do not forget that when you go out to charity, what you do is put on your Heavenly account. Servants of God are here to direct us where we should give charity as per the Will of God. However, the contribution you give is put on your account.

When I looked through your life this year, I do not see charity in your life. The whole year, there is no record of charity, so, what are you going to tell God this year as we are coming to celebrate birthday next month?

The book of John chapter 14 verse 15 clearly shows that a man who Loves God can never give excuses when God says give me. Abraham, our father in the LORD, he saw men passing and he saw an opportunity. He rushed and displayed Love (Genesis chapter 18 verse 1 to 8). There is a cost of one being a Christian.

If we are truly descendants of Abraham, let us do what He did. Let us Love one another and forgive each other. When you fail to forgive, you are hurting generations to come. In the same way, when you Love your neighbour today, you are healing generations to come.

If you are not sure of Christ Jesus’ Love, you will never Love right your neighbour. We all say that we believe that Christ Jesus Loves us. However, the way you treat others will prove if you believe that He Loves you.

If He has ever forgiven you of a mistake, you too, you must forgive another person without strings attached. Perfect Love takes away fear from us.

What the world is afraid of, it is what a Christian is afraid of as well. God always comes first, the rest follows. Believer, you need works of charity in our life. It is the truth, the gospel can never be twisted.

Yes the Bible says pray at all times, but you cannot do because in you there is fear and worry and you do not know what to do. The solution is to carry out charity because Love is the core of faith.

Love is the core of faith. It is Love that has converted and transformed you. Where there is Love for God in your life, faith is strong to break any wall between you.

Death because of hunger is a shame to man kind. Where is true Love? Your Christian walk has to have charity works then your healing will be easy. The prayers you have made for long will be answered.

If we preach any other gospel that is not the gospel of Love, our gospel will lack power. There will be no Power to win darkness, Love wins darkness. When I came to Luwombo, I was looking for a school but the LORD was looking for a community.

Love is leading me to where God’s Will is. I could have seen this way if Love was not before me. When I came here I met a few elders and they were telling me only bad things about the school.

Love wins any battle, there is no one strong enough to resist Love. As an elder in the spirit, there is no one strong enough to resist Love.

Love can make God give His Son to be killed. Love will make you leave your parents. Love will make a rich man become a beggar on the street. Love forgives.

Love can change anyone. Let Love lead, and everything else will fall in place. Love can cover a multitude of sins. Love for God’s people is what leads us to Heaven.

Whenever you contribute to charity and these people look up to Heaven and they thank God for you. The LORD will be honoured and you will be exalted as well. Whenever God wants to send someone, He will send you.

The smile, time, money, clothes you have are not yours. Someone needs them. There is no message the devil fears like the message of Love because he is hatred. Whenever you talk about Love, he will try to block the message from entering your heart.

Prayer point: Ask the LORD to put a seed of Love in you that whoever sees you must say that they can see Love.

We are living in a corrupted world, where everything is fake. You need to be true to God and He will also be true to you.
