As Seer Abraham Richard teaches, meditation brings revelation. The more you reflect with God, the more clearly you see yourself. Good morning today, Child of God. We greet you in the mighty name of our Lord Christ Jesus.
Remember, matters of the Kingdom of God concern your heart, where your heart is, there your soul will dwell forever. Today we shall meditate on Dreams and Visions, and I pray that you receive proper understanding and revelation in Jesus’ name.
Understanding creation: Spirit and Body:
The root cause of many family struggles is a lack of revelation from the Holy Spirit. From the moment of creation in Genesis chapters 1 and 2, God Almighty created man in His own image. Every verse in these chapters carries vital meaning for our understanding.
In Genesis 1:26, God Almighty created man in His image and likeness, giving him authority over all creation. Man in this context is plural and represents male and female. In verse 27 God Almighty created man as a master piece out of nothing.
When you examine chapter 2 verse 7; the LORD God Almighty formed a physical man from the dust of the ground, breathed life and made him a living creature. Then He put him in charge of everything in the garden he had made.
Genesis chapter 1 and 2 explains that man has two parts; the created part which is the Spirit of God in a man and the formed part which is the body (physical). God Almighty created your spirit because it is your spirit not your body that resembles Him.
Losing sight of the Spirit:
In this generation, a lot of people are confused about man being created in God’s likeness. Why? They focus on satisfying the body while neglecting the spirit. The spirit is God in you; without nurturing it, man loses his way and steps out of Eden.
Many have departed from the presence of God, resulting in confusion in homes, communities, and nations. People focus more on the “jacket” the body than on God Almighty who dwells within, and this leads to error.
Whenever man leaves God’s counsel, he misleads his home. The more men are absent from Church, the more trouble enters the Church. When men leave spiritual responsibility to women alone, homes and societies fall into disorder.
The purpose of creation and Power of Vision:
Your purpose of creation is God and His assignment (Vision). A man with a vision cannot be easily misled because God in him will not permit it. There is power in the visions we receive.
Many times you may receive a dream or vision that does not match your current physical reality. When that happens, it means your spirit man is standing in victory while your physical man is lagging behind.
Visions remind you that God is pursuing something great in you. God created everything you will need before He formed your body. Your role is to walk in His vision so you reach the place He has prepared for you.
Visions: God’s View of Your Future
Isaiah chapter 46 verse 10: I make known the end from the beginning. My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.
This scripture means that only God Almighty can reveal the future. Every vision is a snapshot of God Almighty’s purpose concerning you. A vision is what God Almighty shows you before it happens, meaning you must believe His visions more than what your physical eyes show.
Visions are a function of the heart because man’s heart is man’s spirit; and sight is a function of the eyes. Many of you believe more the sight than the visions, it is not proper because the body is for the mind.
Do not say you lack value. The LORD says He will accomplish His purpose through you, whether you desire it or not. Visions are for God’s glory, not merely for human benefit.
The Calling That Compels:
Anyone with a vision will find themselves doing things they did not plan to do just as Prophets and Prophetesses experience. Jeremiah confessed that when he tried to resist God’s message, it burned within him like fire, pushing him to speak (Jeremiah 20:9). I re-echo, Child of God: Believe your visions more. They are food for your spirit.
Visions and Dreams in Scripture:
I re-echo to you Ambassador of Christ Jesus, begin to believe your visions more because your visions are for your spirit. The book of Joel chapter 2 verse 28 says: And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.
According to this scripture, there is a great need for you to understand what it says about prophecy, visions and dreams. Your sons and daughters (Children) will prophecy because they have time to pursue the visions since they are still young.
The old men will dream because they do not have a lot of time left on earth. All they have to do is dream because they do not have time for prophecies. Take to note; a dream can be inherited unlike a vision because it is meant for an individual. Take to note that the vision God gave you is yours alone for His Glory.
How God Sees You:
Psalm chapter 139 from verse 1 to 4 draws more insight about this. The only way God sees you resting, working etal, is by the spirit. In short He is saying I am the Spirit in you and I watch over you. That means that your body can only be released to rest when He is done with you.
A vision’s power will dictate the life you live. You will live with people you do not want to live with. You will find yourself doing things you do not want because the vision is driving your life and there things you will not be able to resist because your spirit counts on them.
The life you are living is due to the visions you received. Even when you resist them you will be affected. The Bible says we live by faith not sight that means that when you live by what you see it’s a mistake [2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 7].
Visions in Marriage and Family:
Let us take another example, many enter marriage based on physical appearance, which leads to disappointment. The only reason for marriage and the true foundation for marriage must be because of the vision of God Almighty.
Trouble enters homes when fathers and husbands lose revelation about God Almighty. When a man leaves His presence, everything under him suffers because he is the foundation of the home. When you lose the way of God, you loose control and direction of everything.
When you take a fish our of water it will die, if you take birds away from the sky, they will malfunction and die. Like wise, if you take man out of God Almighty’s presence he goes wrong.
Creation Order and Purpose:
In creation, man was the first masterpiece and God Almighty’s representative. No woman was created from dust she was formed from man. God Almighty caused Adam to sleep and formed woman from him. Women are created to multiply and help the vision. I pray that the LORD reveals to you your true purpose.
A Call to Men:
As I conclude this meditation, Ladies are not meant to begin visions they follow the vision God gives to men. Sadly, in this generation many men are dormant, lacking vision. Men, rise and take your rightful place in the home for the glory of God. In this way, the world will get back to Divine order.
